INJECTION MOULDING PROCESS
Injection production is used in the mass production of flower pots, the material supply is the same as for the blow moulding process.
The granulate is then heated up in a heated cylinder up to the melting point and then injected into a chilled mould were it solidifies.
The machine automatically ejected the product once cooled.
BLOW MOULDING PROCESS
This process of often used for manufacturing water butts and watering cans.
Plastic granulate are feed from material silos through a pipe system directly to the machines. The colour is then added to the material
before being feed into the machines.
The granulate is heated up to the melting point and then extruded with high air pressure into the moulds. The mould is cooled and the
plastic solidifies in the form of the mould, the moulds are then opened to release the product
